Barbara Smith is a highly effective Real Estate professional of the utmost integrity whose success is based upon her personal referrals. 

A long-time Hillsborough resident, Barbara attended local Bay Area schools prior to obtaining a degree in Economics/Marketing from Sweet Briar College in Virginia. Previous to launching her career in Real Estate, Barbara gained valuable marketing and business knowledge through tenures with L.L. Bean, The Gap and Oracle Corporation. Barbara has a widespread professional network within the Real Estate community and other related professions, as well as through her many avocations.  

Barbara is an active equestrian, and enjoyed riding in the 2010 Hillsborough Centennial Parade, an organic gardener helping kick off the Hillsborough "Harvest Garden"  and was featured this year in Gentry Magazine with her chickens Sylvia, Lucy and Faith Hill. When Barbara is not out with clients, she can often be found with her horse "Tequila" riding the trails in Woodside.
